[Bug 1058793] [NEW] 'Installing updates...' details pane fails to scroll automatically when opened

The details pane does not scroll automatically when first opened.
Automatic scrolling only happens after I manually scroll to the bottom,
which can be difficult if list items are being appended rapidly.
