Title:
software-properties should offer field to insert PPA signed key

Status in One Hundred Paper Cuts:
  Invalid
Status in “software-properties” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
When you click on Add to add a new trusted apt key, a confirmation
dialog should jump up and describe to you basically:

"Are you sure you want to trust $key to install software and deliver
updates to your system? Doing so may blah blah blah."

It's a good place for a dialog. I'd also like to be able to launch
this from the command line pointing to a GPG key file, for use from
  GAptI.
