  update-manager crashed with SIGSEGV in
  pkgCache::VerIterator::TranslatedDescription()

Status in “update-manager” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  update manger crashed with the title error, but when I try to report
  it with apport, a dialog tells me the problem cannot be reported
  because update-manager is not an offical Ubuntu package (see
  screenshot).
