Title:
ubi-partman error 141 when removing encrypted partition

Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Committed
Status in “ubiquity” source package in Quantal:
  Fix Committed

Bug description:
I'm going through the installer on ther 20120924 amd64 quantal image, and at the partition screen I created:
6G root partition (primary, normal partition)
  2G encrypted volume
Once the encrypted volume was created, I clicked on the partition underneath it, and clicked change, but did not give it a mountpoint. Returning to the previous screen, I clicked the "-" on the partition to created it and it gave me the 141 error and asked if I wanted to continue or go back.
