[Bug 1055351] Re: Install progress label changes to light grey on rollover

This started to happen as a result of fixing bug 744283 .
The primary toolbar css style is now used for the title & progress sections. There is nothing "clickable" in the tittle section, so we don't see this artefact up there. To fix this, we need to remove the hover effect from the primary toolbar style.

  - Boot Quantal Desktop
  - In ubiquity-dm press 'Install' and proceed with installation until the slideshow starts
  - During the slideshow move the mouse over the "progress" label at the bottom of the screen

  ACTUAL RESULT
  The background of the label changes to light grey (screenshot attached)
