  Ubiquity fails to load

Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  This was noted while testing Quantal Daily image of 2012.09.10.

  The ubiquity fails to load and shows up a dialog saying the same. A
  screenshot will be attached.

  After clicking OK, it boots into the live session.
