As this service is not really for technical support you will probably
have more success finding help to fix your system elsewhere.

In any case, the report needs more details about the upgrade, at least:
- which release you upgraded from;
- attach a copy of /var/log/dist-upgrade;
- details about the hard drive and file system configuration before the upgrade; and
- any prompts presented during the upgrade and your responses to them.

Bug description:
  I have upgraded my OS to version 12.04. after completion of upgrade the laptop get restarted. But the root is not mounting. It shows a message
  The disk drive for / is not ready yet or not present

  What is the solution for this problem?

  Or atleast can i restore my lap to the previous version?
