  Upgrading Ubuntu 12.04.1 from iso isn't given as an option

Bug description:
  Attempting the upgrade case by using the installer image on the iso,
  the option to upgrade is grayed out and not selectable. Ubiquity
  should allow an upgrade using the installer image.
