I noticed that the reboot works fine in virtualbox if I choose 'try
ubuntu' (aka, I load the full desktop). If I select 'install ubuntu' and
only load the installer, it fails to reboot on it's own.

Jun 4 18:37 quantal-desktop-amd64.iso
Jun 4 18:39 quantal-desktop-i386.iso
Description:
1. Install the iso in some virtual machine
2. After the installation, the system can not shutdown automatically and reboot
3. It just stop there with no response(refer to picture1), but after you power off and restart the system manually, you can login and find everything is OK.
