Title:
[FFe] Remove Computer Janitor from the archive

Status in “computer-janitor” package in Ubuntu:
  Triaged

Bug description:
The binary packages computer-janitor and computer-janitor-gtk should
be removed from Quantal. Nothing reverse-depends on build-deps on
them, and the source package is broken beyond reasonable repair. It
is a Python 2 application that incestuously depends on bits from
Update Manager, which is a Python 3 application (and library). As bug
#1035869 shows, CJ is completely broken, but worse than that, it is
not worth fixing. Most of us have long considered CJ potentially
dangerous and a bad idea. If anything, cleaning up your system should
be subsumed by UM or Software Center.
