Please do not assign bugs to yourself, if you are not the developer for
the project nor intend to write / submit the patch.

Looking at the attached syslog it appears that there are hardware errors
with your hard-drive.

Can you attach your hard-drive to a working machine and do some
diagnostics? Like fsck and / or S.M.A.R.T. analysis?
