Title:
  iscsi-network-interface.conf broken after upstream merge

Status in “open-iscsi” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  /etc/init/iscsi-network-interface.conf relies on /run/initramfs/open-
iscsi.interface being written from the initramfs but after the last
merge from debian, that is no longer being written.

This code was added under bug 457767 and probably causes a regression
  of that.
