Public bug reported:

During the installation step, selecting 'erase disk and install now' the
button below says 'continue' instead of 'install now'. See the
sceenshot. When only 1 disk is on the system, and the partitioning
screen will be skipped, the button text should be changed.

** Affects: ubiquity (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
