requesting a feature freeze exception for this, it adds much requested
features, the most difficult bits of logic are in debian-installer and
other parts of ubiquity which are already in the archive and may mean we
can get rid of the alternate CD like ubuntu desktop

Bug description:
  two new checkboxes and one new form added
