Please elaborate... do you still want to choose the type of file system used when choosing LVM auto partitioning option?
You can do that in the manual partitioning.

And these days we default to ext4... but may be relevant if you for
example want xfs.

Bug description:
  The specific partitioner choice "use entire disk with LVM" does not
  allow partitions to be modified.

  Use entire disk without LVM works fine.
