Bug description:
  Quantal server iso's  20120911 i386 and amd64

   Both amd64 and i386 fail on a vm to install and go into a loop of
  complaining 'Unclean target file system' -> Installing the system
  (goes upto  'running partman-md') -> Ubuntu Installer main menu.
