Bug description:
Quantal server iso's 20120911 i386 and amd64
Both amd64 and i386 fail on a vm to install and go into a loop of
complaining 'Unclean target file system' -> Installing the system
(goes upto 'running partman-md') -> Ubuntu Installer main menu.
The following jenkins job faces the same issue,
https://jenkins.qa.ubuntu.com/view/Quantal/view/ISO%20Testing%20Dashboard/job/quantal-server-i386_default/148/console
