Adding rls-q-notfixing, as Canonical Ubuntu Engineering isn't committing
to fixing this (but the quantal targeting meant it showed up on our
list) - but of course that's not to say somebody else can't!

Bug description:
gcc-4.5 has been requested removed from Debian:
RM: gcc-4.5 -- superseded by gcc-4.[67]
starpu-contrib has never built due to a depwait on libcuda1, this can
come back in R or when the gcc-4.5 dependency is removed, so no need
to blacklist
This is blocked on wine1.4 needing to be ported to something else and
gcc-4.4 dropping objective C support
