failed to install quantal desktop iso(build:20120909) with a popup
window showing: the installer encountered an unrecoverable error. A

Bug description:
download the quantal desktop iso(daily build 20120909) and try to install them into some VM. but failed to install both the amd64 and i386 iso with a popup window showing: the installer encountered an unrecoverable error. A desktop session will now be run so that you may investigate the problem or try installing again
