[Bug 1047630] [NEW] Unable to open Software Sources

Public bug reported:

Fresh Beta1 install.

When launching Software Sources from the Unity Dash, I get nothing, no
error message.

When trying to launch it from the CLI, I get this:

$ software-properties-gtk
