[Bug 1045165] [NEW] libreoffice is shown as no longer supported on upgrade to quantal

Public bug reported:

While it's technically true that the libreoffice metapackage is now in
universe in quantal, either the short description should be updated to
include the fact that it's a meta package, or the release upgrader
should special case this.  I think the short description should be
updated.
