Public bug reported:

1:1.2.5-2ubuntu1 (r49) introduced utils/blkmapd/device-discovery.c and at the
same time moved /var/lib/nfs/rpc_pipefs to /run/rpc_pipefs. r49 did not modify
the pre-processor macro BL_PIPE_FILE which remained pointing at the original
directory (which is no longer used).
