I have bad news for you. You have the following lines in your
UbiquitySyslog.txt:

We know this error unfortunally.

There is properly a hardware defect in your computer. The SATA cable to
your harddrive is properly in a bad state and disconnects the harddrive
from time to time. This is called thermoplastic weakness. For handling
this a new SATA wire help.
