[Bug 1043488] Re: Scroll with a scroll wheel doesn't work on a web page

Does the mouse & scroll wheel work after:
* finishing the installation
* installing virtualbox-guest-dkms
* possibly installing virtualbox-guest-additions-iso

Testing with Oracle Enterprise Linux doesn't explain much: if special
drivers are required inside Oracle Virtualbox, I would expect Oracle
Enterprise Linux to have them included by default.

I am opening tasks against:
* linux - possibly missing driver
* virtualbox - possibly broken mouse virtualisation
