Title:
do-partial-upgrade crashed with SIGABRT in raise()

Status in “ubuntu-release-upgrader” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
I think this may be a dupe; do-partial-upgrade crashed with bug
1026891 earlier today. This one doesn't have the exact same
signature, so I'd have to look into it. But I'm going to let the
retracer take a look at that before I try to match it. Thanks.
