The log files from your distribution upgrade would be helpful here.  You
can find them in the folder /var/log/dist-upgrade.  Additionally, it is
best if open a new bug report as while the error message may be the same
it may have a different root cause.

  I didn't really discover the issue as a bug. The package failed to
  install and the system told me it was automatically submitting a bug
  report. I haven't looked into it any further than that.
