Hi Jeffrey,

This bug is now quite old.  Did you ever see the problem again with
hdparm-dbg installed?  Does it happen with current releases of Ubuntu?

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: hdparm

  hdparm 9.15-1ubuntu1, linux 2.6.31-1.14, karmic alpha x86_64 on
  thinkpad x61 tablet.  On resume from suspend-to-ram, hdparm exits with
  a segfault:

  hdparm[10632]: segfault at a6 ip 00000000004044d8 sp 00007fff23936bd0
  error 4 in hdparm[400000+16000]

  No other debug information is presented.
