Title:
  OS installer crashed

Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
In the phase of copying files from media to fresh new installation,
  the installer crashes.

PC is a virtual PC in VirtualBox, 512MB ram, 120GB VDI, at %50
