  Ubuntu 12.04 installation wizard doesn’t make it clear what is being
  done when choosing installation type

Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  The Ubuntu installation wizard has a step called "Installation Type".
  In that step, it is not clear what will happen when you already have
  an Ubuntu installation on your hard disk and want to have a clear and
  fresh installation of a new version of Ubuntu. I have described this
