[Bug 1069378] [NEW] specify sizes in human readable format (e.g., 1K 234M 2G)

Public bug reported:

When doing manual partitioning, partition sizes are specified in MB (the
text says so). It would be far clearer if after the number there was a
selection button where one could specify the units (Megabytes,
Gigabytes, Terabytes etc).

That is, instead of:

New partition size in megabytes (100000 bytes): 10

it would say:

New partition size: 10 [Megabytes>]

and the [Megabytes>] is clickable.

** Affects: ubiquity (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
