[Bug 1068700] [NEW] I put 2 install programs Synaptic & Aptitude now can't download programs.

Dear People at Ubuntu;
           I installed 2 down load programs by mistake Synaptic & Aptitude.    This stops me from downloading  any other programs.    When I try to uninstall ether program I can't do it.      What  must I do?
