[Bug 927386] Re: "Installer crashed" redundant with Error Tracker alert

Indeed thee are a couple of hooks/places where ubiquity may generate a
custom crash dialog. Some comments suggest that this might be due to
inability of the Error Tracker alert appearing during ubiquity only
mode.

  Once an "The application 'Install Ubuntu' has closed unexpectedly"
  alert <https://wiki.ubuntu.com/ErrorTracker#app-crash> appears for
  Ubiquity crashes, the custom "Installer crashed" alert
  <https://launchpadlibrarian.net/69370272/ubuntu_installer_crash.JPG>
  should no longer appear.
