You don't appear to have an EFI System Partition, so UEFI installation
isn't going to work well.  (I suspect our replace-existing-installation
autopartitioning option is not very good at dealing with the niceties of
UEFI yet.)

Can I see logs from what happens if you attempt to install in BIOS mode?
Note that you must arrange (in your firmware menu if necessary) to boot
both the installer and the installed system using BIOS rather than UEFI.

  New

Bug description:
  After installing Quantal daily iso (with Ubiquity 2.12.16) I can't boot to new system. Then I turn on pc I'm just in grub rescue > 
  both problem on UEFI on and just BIOS without UEFI
