[Bug 1066076] Re: lower case q for Quantal in the installer

This is actually not a bug. It's the way lsb_release is named before
final release. Ubuntu quantal. After we release it, it will be named
Ubuntu 12.10. And all the dialogues will use 12.10 and not the code
name. I will make a hint for R-series to use proper capitalisation.

Bug description:
  when reinstalling over an existing install it prompts me to overwrite
  Ubuntu quantal. This looks odd without the capital Q as Quantal is a
  proper name.
