Bug description:
Failed for Kubuntu final. Install was with no network. Even though
bcmwl-kernel-source is seeded in Kubuntu's ship-live, either doesn't
look for it or doesn't find it and tries to download from
archive.ubuntu.com, which is unreachable due to no network.
