Public bug reported:
This could actually be a Ubuntu Website bug, but when I click the
release notes link from the installer, I get a web browser opened to
www.ubuntu.com. It's equally possible that it could be trying to open
http://www.ubuntu.com/getubuntu/releasenotes?os=ubuntu&ver=12.10&lang=en
which also gets quickly redirected to www.ubuntu.com.
