[Bug 1065257] [NEW] size of the field for additional information is too small by default

Public bug reported:

When the field for additional information is expanded via the triangle
next to the label, while files are downloaded, the sizing is correct so
that a couple of entries in the list can be seen. If the field is then
closed and reopened while installing and configuring the packages, the
field is so small, that it only shows the first line of output.

Of course, the size of the window can be changed to make more of the
output visible, but i think the initial sizing should be larger. Also it
would be very handy, if the window would remenber its size from the last
time the update-manager ran, so that i would be always the same size.

** Affects: update-manager (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
