Bad News.
You have a

in your logs(UbiquitySyslog.txt if you want to look) followed by many
many read/write errors.
This indicates a harddrive connection damage(the wire). So there is not
much to do from software side.
I have seen that you have written similiar in the summary of the report.
Mostly a new SATA wire helps(the plugs may be deformed, because of
thermal heating in the PC, which causes disconnections).
