Bug description:
  Crashed during upgrade from Precise to Quantal without any visible
  effect

  TEST CASE:
  1. Install Precise 12.04.1
  2. Upgrade to Quantal

  ACTUAL RESULT
  This crash is reported on first login after upgrade.
