I downloaded it and did sudo /usr/lib/flashplugin-
installer/install_plugin /tmp/adobe-flashplugin_11.2.202.243.orig.tar.gz

Bug description:
  I just tried to update (using apt-get update  ; apt-get upgrade) a
  system running Lucid 10.04.1 and the flash plugin has failed to
  update. Its try to download
  http://archive.canonical.com/pool/partner/a/adobe-flashplugin/adobe-
  flashplugin_11.2.202.243.orig.tar.gz, but this doesn't exist.

  error output from apt-get:
