Confirming, but as far as I know Migration Assistent was dropped in
Ubuntu 12.10.

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: migration-assistant

  I believe a key feature for the Migration Assistant would be to copy
  over and convert several iTunes playlists and load them into Rythmbox
  (the default player in Ubuntu).

  Then possibly load and set the music library in Rhythmbox, give it a
  path to the new user's music library.
