Open Terminal and run 
cat /etc/apt/sources.list > sources.list

and add the file 'sources.list' from your home folder as an attachment
to this report (or alternatively just open it in a text editor and copy-
paste the contents here). Before attaching that file you might want to
check that it contains no private information (e.g. a password for a
private software repository).
