  Install quantal-desktop-amd64.iso from china-images.ubuntu.com/quantal/daily-live/current 
  the timestamp for the iso is 26-Sep-2012 07:52

  Log in to desktop, connect to network, do apt-get update and run 'check-language-support -l zh_CN'
  The list of missing language packs is:
  fonts-arphic-uming ibus-sunpinyin thunderbird-locale-zh-cn ttf-arphic-ukai
