As of Ubuntu 12.10, the cdrom drive is no longer shown in the UI, the
shortcut doesn't do anything and a manual eject from the command line
fails as the drive is reported as busy.

Bug description:
  It should not possible to eject the Live CD during the session,
  because this effectively locks up the session. Pressing the Eject
  hotkey should maybe cause a warning popup.
