Can this be related to the problem that I do not get the upgrade
notification to 12.04.1 (which has been released for some time now) on

Bug description:
  This is almost exactly the same issue as bug #573010 when Lucid was
  released: meta-release-lts does not mention the newly released
  version, in this case Precise.

  Please update the meta-release-lts file to reference Precise so do-
  release-upgrade will prompt for the new version.
