The problem is that you installed GRUB stage1 in the PBR of the Windows
partition (sda1), this breaks the boot of Windows.
To fix it, please follow this tutorial: https://help.ubuntu.com/community/BootSectorFix
If this doesn't work, you will need to use the "fixboot" command from a Windows Repair CD (https://help.ubuntu.com/community/WindowsRecoveryCd).

Details mailed to boot-repair devs:
-------------------------------------------
I installed Xubuntu with Windows 7. Earlier I had Ubuntu on 30GB partition. Deleted the partition and installed Xubuntu on 20Gb, 10GB is unallocated.
I am afraid, while isntalling I chose to install Grub on "hda" or "dev/sda1"->[Win7] rather than "dev/sda2".
Now when I try to boot into Win7 from Grub menu I simply return to the same Grub Menu without any error message after few seconds.
Tried boot-repair:
Before fix:
http://paste.ubuntu.com/1251480/
After fix:
http://paste.ubuntu.com/1251484/
But the issue still exists.
