[Bug 1084729] [NEW] manual partitioning fails to create a partition table

Public bug reported:

The daily ISO(xubuntu amd64 is confirmed) doesn't allow manual creation
of partition tables, it takes you back to the same screen and every time
you select new partition table the options are increased(see included
screencap). all other option remain unclickable.
