Title:
  Tclsh reports version mismatch

Status in “tcl8.5” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
This is Ubuntu 12.10 for AMD64.
On invoking the Tcl shell I get:
  $ tclsh8.5
application-specific initialization failed: Can't find a usable init.tcl in the following directories:
      /usr/share/tcltk/tcl8.5 /usr/lib/tcl8.5 /lib/tcl8.5 /usr/library /library /tcl8.5.9/library /tcl8.5.9/library

/usr/share/tcltk/tcl8.5/init.tcl: version conflict for package "Tcl": have 8.5.9, need exactly 8.5.11
version conflict for package "Tcl": have 8.5.9, need exactly 8.5.11
      while executing
  "package require -exact Tcl 8.5.11"
      (file "/usr/share/tcltk/tcl8.5/init.tcl" line 18)
      invoked from within
  "source /usr/share/tcltk/tcl8.5/init.tcl"
      ("uplevel" body line 1)
      invoked from within
  "uplevel #0 [list source $tclfile]"

This probably means that Tcl wasn't installed properly.

  %
The shell is now running, but since init.tcl has not been executed, some commands are missing and I cannot load packages.
