Public bug reported:

On the 'Do you want to start the upgrade?' window, when I hit the
'arrow' for details the window is re-drawn, but too tall for my screen.
This means I no longer have access to the 'Cancel' and 'Start Upgrade'
buttons to proceed. Since this window also lacks the window control
icons i cannot resize it. By clicking on the bar at the top of the
window you can move the window around, but cannot lift it high enough to
get to the bottom to get to the buttons.

Thankfully, I know about using the Alt key, so I am able to move the
window around off the top of the screen to get to these buttons, but I
fear this could be a show stopper for some.
