Looking at the log files I think the upgrade is blocked by old and
obsolete package libsublime1. You should remove it[1] and restart the
upgrade.

If that doesn't work, you might need to remove kdevelop, the app that is
broken by the libsublime1 package, and reinstall kdevelop after upgrade
is complete.

[1] Run 'sudo apt-get remove libsublime1' in terminal.
